CEMI stands for Connecting Execution, Management & Information — turning strategy into delivered technology outcomes. Over 20+ years as a C-level technology executive, I've built and scaled IT organizations, led enterprise platforms across 100+ locations, and directed the technology integration of 25–50 acquisitions.
My path started on the operations floor — manufacturing and the military — before moving into regulated financial services and, since, large-scale marine and asset-intensive enterprises. That range is why I can operate effectively in distributed, compliance-sensitive, and operationally complex organizations.
For engagements that need more than one person, CEMI draws on a network of senior technology specialists brought in as the scope requires.
