Over 20+ years as a C-level technology executive, I've been on the acquired side of two transactions and led the buyer's integration both times, then led technology integration for every Safe Harbor Marinas acquisition from 2021 to 2026 as the company grew from roughly 100 to more than 150 marinas and shipyards.
My path started on the operations floor — manufacturing and the military — before moving into regulated financial services and, since, large-scale marine and asset-intensive enterprises. That range is why I can operate effectively in distributed, compliance-sensitive, and operationally complex organizations.
My leadership training started at West Point, where I was commissioned as a U.S. Army Signal Corps officer. It shapes how I work with internal teams: mentoring the people who run IT today so they can run it well after the engagement ends.

Expanded the IT organization from 6 to 50+ professionals and led technology integration for every acquisition as the company grew from roughly 100 to more than 150 marinas and shipyards across the U.S., the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean. Directed architecture for NExT, the flagship marina management platform deployed across 101 locations, managed $19.6MM CAPEX / $13.45MM OPEX, built enterprise cybersecurity, SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA programs, and sponsored Dockspot, a customer-facing SaaS platform.
Co-built a Dynamics CRM from scratch and led its cloud migration. After Safe Harbor Marinas acquired Rybovich, personally led Rybovich's technology integration into Safe Harbor, where the CRM was adopted as the global enterprise standard. Built a data lake that drove 25%+ revenue growth.
Joined through EFG Capital's acquisition of PRS International Consulting: worked the due diligence from the sell side, then led the post-close integration as Regional CIO. Directed regional IT strategy and governance for a Swiss-origin broker-dealer and private banking organization across U.S. and Caribbean markets, and reduced audit findings by 85% with an IT operating and security framework grounded in COBIT.
Manufacturing operations at Motorola and Johnson & Johnson's regulated medical device line, following commissioning as a U.S. Army Signal Corps officer out of West Point.

Technology due diligence for Safe Harbor Marinas on European marina and shipyard acquisitions. Created the pre-close review playbook the integration team used on smaller deals, and led the reviews on the more critical ones.
Post-close
Led the integration of PRS International Consulting into EFG Capital, and technology integration for every Safe Harbor Marinas acquisition from 2021 to 2026.
